Definitely recommend ZGB Car Rentals! No deposit, full insurance, no hidden costs, very helpful and responsive owner, car return in a parking across the Malaga airport, nice hybrid car with good fuel consumption - all in all an exceptional worry-free experience. Absolut unkompliziert und voll korrekt! Keine Kreditkarte, keine Kaution – alles läuft einfach mit Personalausweis und Führerschein. Vollkasko ist inklusive und bei der Rückgabe muss man lediglich einmal volltanken.
Die komplette schriftliche Abwicklung hat nicht mal 5 Minuten gedauert und schon ca. 1,5 Stunden später hatten wir unser Auto. Der Inhaber selbst ist superlieb, freundlich und total zuverlässig.
Unser weißer Seat war top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielleicht ein paar Euro teurer als andere, aber dafür bekommt man Service ohne Stress und ohne versteckte Kosten.
Für mich ganz klar der beste Autovermieter in Málaga – jederzeit wieder!
I've used this rent-a-car company, and I do not regret it. They were amazing, polite and professional. I went to their office to pick up the car, as arranged the day before, by message, which was very easy to get in touch. The car was ready to go, did not waste any time. The delivery was very smooth as they offered to pick it up at the terminal, free of charge. Definitely a very positive experience that led to a wonderful day. THANK YOU, that's how an experience should be. I strongly recommend - it was in Malaga, Spain.
